At Subtletee, we always include free standard shipping. There’s nothing worse than thinking you’re spending $X on a gift, only to find there’s another ten to twenty dollars added for shipping. The idea is to surprise the gift recipient, not the gift giver. However, Express shipping costs must be paid by you, so check your birthday-list calendar and order early.

Whilst there are no guaranteed timelines for printing/despatch/delivery, it is typically within 10 working days using standard delivery. This may vary depending upon country/region and seasonality situations such as Christmas.

Because we source globally, you can send a Subtletee gift just about anywhere - except places like North Korea. One of the beauties of Subtletee is that the designs and illustrations are 100% inoffensive to anybody who isn’t aware of the brand. You can wear them through customs at airports, when visiting the in-laws, or in any other humourless environment. And thanks to our global print and distribution network, deliveries in most countries are local. If you live in the USA, your garment will be printed and sent from the USA. Same with Europe, Asia or South America.

We like to keep our distance from the woke folk, fun police, Chinese, Russian and North Korean dictators, so we are in hiding in the Influencer Capital of the Known World, the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Here, in the city where fake everything reigns supreme, we feel at home pretending to design nice t-shirts when in fact they are pretty debauched – but funny though. We also use the Gold Coast as a testing centre – if a botoxed, boob-jobbed, butt-lifted influencer gets the meaning of any of our designs, we bin them for being too dumb to print.

Subtletee uses global “true to size” measurements, and with quality fabrics there should be minimal shrinkage. All styles feature a casual cut (not slim fit) so you don’t have to be an emaciated influencer to squeeze into one. However, if you’re buying as gift, we recommend you buy one size larger, so you don’t get asked “Do I look fat in this?” by the recipient. It will also save you the inconvenience of returning it.

We are happy to accept returns or exchange an item (but hopefully you won’t need to) If you received the item as a gift, send us the name of the person who purchased the gift. Simply send it back to us with your name/order number/size you require. Only change of size returns are allowed. Different designs or colours are not exchangeable. If you receive an incorrect item (wrong design, style/colour/sizes) or it has defects, simply email us a photo of the item explaining the problem and we will send out a replacement at no charge. No need to send back the incorrect item.

All garments are sourced for their ethical production methods, quality, and consistency. Depending on region or country, different source textile suppliers are used.

The Covid pandemic has caused staff shortages and disruptions to every industry including delivery services. Please be aware that delivery times may fluctuate due to unforeseen spikes in the pandemic. Unfortunately, this is totally out of our control.
